GrowioLabs provides website development, app development, performance marketing, lead generation, social media management, branding, and personal branding services for businesses. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in each client's individual proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) and may be updated over time.

3. Payments & Billing

All service fees must be paid in full according to the schedule agreed in the client's proposal or invoice, in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to pause or suspend services if payment is not received by the agreed date.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to required platforms and accounts, and all necessary brand assets. Delays in providing access or information may delay project timelines and service delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All creative assets, designs, code, and campaigns produced by GrowioLabs remain our property until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Website content, branding, and creative assets may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without permission.

6. Results Disclaimer

Marketing and advertising performance vary based on industry, budget, competition, and market conditions. While we apply our best strategy and expertise to every campaign, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as sales, return on ad spend (ROAS), lead volume, or traffic levels.

7. Limitation of Liability

GrowioLabs is not liable for losses resulting from:

  • Platform outages (Meta, Google, TikTok, or other third-party platforms)

  • Account restrictions or suspensions by advertising platforms

  • Third-party service errors

  • Client-provided inaccurate information or delayed responses

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Contracts & Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, as specified in the individual service agreement or SOW. Fees for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between both parties.
